steve’s super fancy flowcharts for configmgr

i was looking for flowcharts for configmgr and couldn’t find any.  as it turned out, there really aren’t any.  remember in the lovely 2.0 days?  at least they had some great flowcharts back then.  eventually when enough superflows release, this conversation will be so far in the past.

until then … grab a copy of steve rachui’s flowcharts.  he did a pretty bang up job.  granted this is configmgr 2007 rtm, there’s still tons of information with screenshots and dialog.  great, great material.

  1. err. but there are flowcharts within ConfigMgr. here are a few for them for example: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-ca/library/bb932171.aspx

  2. yeah, i think i was in a hurry and misstated my intention. it's not that there are NO flowcharts, it's that some of the process flows you look for simply do not exist. there is no end to end software delivery flowchart, for example, which illustrates all the expected client behavior.
