misc: shellrunas!

just when i thought i was stuck in crappy runas shell mode forever with vista, windows sysinternals does it again.  this time, they released a new tool called ShellRunas which does exactly as the name implies.  it operates the way xp did with an integrated explorer component that would allow execution of things in a different user context. this has just increased vista's viability for me since i operate with multiple user accounts for varying access levels.  :D  i'm not a "heavy explorer user" as the introduction suggests this tool is for.  there are certain scenarios, though, when things executed from runas do not work... and executing things from an elevated cmd shell fail to work as well.  hoping this fits the gap.
